Abstract

From the outset, the interest in ethics has changed significantly over the past half-century. Access to standards, codes, charters and guides to trace the human path, more specifically here at the professional and organizational levels, produces much of the awareness work. This is a sort of guarantee that the societal vessel can remain on course. For now, the search for training the person, individual and community, to the integration of an ethical component at the heart of one’s practice, mobilizes us and leads us to a goal of happiness, through constant research of self-esteem, solicitude and greater justice.
