L’ évaluation évolutive au service de l’innovation : l’expérience de l’organisme Exeko dans le cadre de son projet Laboratoire Culture Inclusive

Abstract

This article aims to document the developmental evaluation experience with the organization Exeko as part of its Laboratoire Culture Inclusive project. After an overview of the project and its characteristics, which justified the choice of this evaluative approach, the stages of implementation are described. Then the strengths, weaknesses and lessons learned by the participants in this evaluation are presented. It turns out that developmental evaluation contributes to evaluation practice and organizational learning, but this requires certain skills and competencies both for the evaluator and for the organization.
