Abstract

Quebec’s rurality requires sharp observations to grasp and analyze its complexity. A global geo-economic look also offers useful perspectives to shed light on certain phenomena, notably the presence of hierarchical poles within a moving space to better control its tendencies such as attraction, concentration, erosion, retention, repulsion, penetration and diffusion.
