Vécus relationnels dans une organisation d’aide au développement à Madagascar : une lecture phénoménologique et critique

Cet article explore les expériences relationnelles de membres malgaches au sein d’une organisation d’aide au développement à Madagascar, en mobilisant la phénoménologie de la pratique (van Manen, 2023) ainsi que les concepts de capital symbolique (Bourdieu, 1986) et de violence symbolique (Bourdieu et Passeron, 1970). S’appuyant sur une immersion prolongée et sur des discussions ouvertes, l’étude met en lumière les effets incarnés des asymétries postcoloniales sur les interactions quotidiennes : silences, ajustements et formes discrètes d’affirmation. L’analyse révèle comment les normes de légitimité sont intériorisées et négociées dans les relations interculturelles. Cet article rend compte d’une pluralité de manières d’habiter les tensions symboliques en insistant sur la dimension sensible, située et critique des rapports dans le contexte de l’aide au développement.
